Le musée préfectoral d’art de Hyogo est situé à HAT Kobe, une zone développée comme un nouveau centre urbain dans la partie orientale de la ville. Le musée, qui a ouvert ses portes en avril 2002 en tant que symbole de la restauration culturelle à la suite du tremblement de terre de 1995, a été conçu par l’architecte de renommée internationale Ando Tadao.

The Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art is located in HAT Kobe, an area developed as a new urban hub in the eastern part of the city. The museum, which opened in April 2002 as a symbol of cultural restoration in the wake of the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, was designed by the internationally renowned architect Ando Tadao.
